Hi Eloisa, just wanted to reply and let you know that it would be illegal for me and the majority of other cake decorators to create a Mario Bros figure and sell it to you, since it would be against copyright laws that are in place by all of the different companies who own the characters such as Mario, as well as all the popular ones we see such as hanna montana, the bratz, pooh, mickey mouse, cars, and any other cartoon characters that we see out in the world. Shops and Decorators cannot make cakes, cookies, candies or figures from any of the licensed products and sell them to the public. We are strictly prohibited from any type of reproduction and commercial use since these companies has neither the method to control the quality of the reproduction of the character nor the ability to earn royalties on sales of the created products. This applies to both baked & craft-type products. If caught doing a copyright infringement the fine can be up to $150,000.
