Hi there,

Great post, just what I was looking for. I have mad this edible glue on 2 occasions now and it's been great.

But, how long does it keep for in an airtight container. I'm using a small airtight vitamin bottle to store in the fridge after as I never use all of it. How long do you think it's safe to store after making?

Thanks in advance.
Lisa.

Carla it really does not matter, just a personel preference when to add the color to your fondant. It is up to you!
Once fondant is stored that has tyose powder in it may harden a bit during storage but just use your hands to knead it and soften it up.

Hi Marilyn,

I hope you must be making fondant for your cakes. Take little fondant and dissolve this with little water (thick pouring consistency) and use this as glue. Keep this refrigerated.

Enjoy decorating!
